Yes! After you’ve set your customizations, you’ll see a personalized menu of meals. From there, you can choose which meals you’d like to receive and skip any you don’t want. If a meal doesn’t appeal to you, you can easily swap it for another that better fits your preferences.
Can I skip a week?

You can skip a week, take a break for a month, or pause your plan for any length of time that suits you.
When is the order deadline for next week?
Orders for the following week must be placed by Thursday at noon. There’s no need to “save” or “submit” your order—your selections are saved automatically as you go. You can return and make changes anytime before the deadline, and your weekly schedule will update accordingly.
How many people does one meal feed?
Each meal is designed to serve one adult. Nutrition facts and ingredients may vary by meal—you can view detailed nutritional information by clicking on the meal photo, then selecting “Nutrition” on your Meal Schedule page.

When do you deliver?
We deliver twice a week—on Sunday and Wednesday between 4 PM and 10 PM. For office deliveries, we deliver on Monday and Wednesday during regular office hours.
